Question: I have a client who no longer has access to their analytics account. (Old web company left them hanging.) The ID is UA-10778500-1. I can share more info privately. If the email used to set the account up is the same as the domain name, a rest password email should do the trick...if it's a different email, we might need to take a different approach. What are our options here?

This is a user to user help forum, forum TCs, administrators etc do not have access to your account.
Pls follow the Google employee Ishan D's directions in the linked page to reclaim lost access to an analytics account
