Admin of the account no longer works for the company.
Recently a member of a company has parted ways with one of our clients. She has admin access to the account and the way she had set it up meant that only she could manage the users etc for the whole account. She set it up with her personal email and is refusing to change the permissions.
Is there any way to get that user removed and another member to gain full access?
