Admin access on a "View" under Account not working

We are managing a page (we have it set up as a "View" under a Property and Account that we do not want our client to have access to the other properties in the account) that has analytics for one of our clients. However, he claims he is unable to get access to User Management so he could add more users although when we checked User Management in the Admin "View" column on our end, it says "Manage  Users, Collaborate, Read & Analyze" in conjunction with his email. Is that because the "Edit" option is not turned on or is there something else making it so he is unable to view everything and add users to the "View." Or is there something we have to do to set him up on his own account so he can have full access?

Hi Margo,

It's always better if a client has their own GA account before agencies/companies start to manage them. It's even better if they create a completely new account and give access to you. It gives them more freedom and if they want to change the account manager for some reason in the future, you'll both have fewer problems for sure.
