Hello,

I don't have the right level of access to go into the Property Settings. I need to grab the html code to send to our CMS folks for our website. Something is definitely wrong with our analytics. Problem is, like so many other people in this situation, I inherited this account and the sign-in info I have... is all I have, with no way of figuring out how to get deeper access.

I went to this site:

https://www.en.advertisercommunity.com/t5/AdWords-Tracking-and-Reporting/How-to-gain-access-to-your-...

But when I follow the link for the Customer form it doesn't tell me how to open a Google Adwords account. Do I already have an adwords account because I have an Analytics account?

Thanks.

Hi :-)
Having a GA account does not automatically generate an Adwords account.
You'll need to log in with the Google Account that you use to access GA and create an Adwords account.
It costs nothing to do so, there does not need to be any campaigns setup or running within the Adwords account, it just needs to be created and logged into so as to access the support options it offers.
Information here on how to sign up for an Adwords account
