How do I Fix Issue Regarding Impressions and Clicks for Product Ad Extension?
I have submitted 37K+ products to Google merchant center on 27th October, 2012. Then, I have linked Google Adwords to Google merchant center account to display Product Ads on Google search network. But, I am getting issue regarding Impressions and Clicks for Product Ad Extension. You can find out Google Adwords and Google merchant center screenshots on following path.
I can't understand: why should Impressions and Clicks are lesser than Google merchant center dashboard data?
Can anyone help me to fix this issue?

I took a look at the graphs (thanks for providing that!) and I can see that the Merchant Centre feed you're looking at it if for October 27th, however I can't see the date range on the AdWords data.
More often than not, when you see discrepancies in data it's due to the date range or the system is updating the metrics (from the previous day).
What I suggest is ensuring the date ranges are set to the same dates, and if you're still seeing the data discrepancies, please give us a call as we can then take a look at your accounts and investiage further.
