wrong customer ID

I was invited an AdWords account (Customer ID <edited by a Community Manager as noted below>). and I created the Adwords account. but My account assigned wrong CID(<edited by a Community Manager as noted below>), and I haven’t received the credit… How can I fix that?

I received the blow mail which account is " <edited by a Community Manager as noted below>".
><edited by a Community Manager as noted below> has invited you to share an AdWords account (Customer ID <edited by a Community Manager as noted below>) using your own email address and password.
 
I created the account <edited by a Community Manager as noted below> > <edited by a Community Manager as noted below>]. This account has the CID(<edited by a Community Manager as noted below>) which is wrong CID against the above mail. so I couldn't get the 250$ and can't start the adwords.
 
Plz help me to fix this issue as soon as possible.
