Emails related to any automated rules/billings/reports/alerts?

Hi,

 

Were you getting emails before Wednesday?

Do any other user has the admin access for the AdWords account?

 

 

Click the settings cog > account settings > notifications settings, check if it has been opted as None for all the notification topics.
