We are a non-profit organization that had previously used tokens from TechSoup to obtain Grants, however, we are having problems with the token for Google Grants. Even though the United States is included in the country list, and Puerto Rico is a territory of USA but the token is not working.  We were instructed by Google to initiate the process but had been unable to solve this issues.

@Yarillys T

Does your organization have 501(C)(3) status and an EIN with the IRS in the US? If not, then you would not be able to apply for the for the US version of Google For Nonprofits and this could be what is causing the issue.

If your organization does have 501(C)(3) status and an EIN through the IRS then it could be an issue with having an expired validation token. In this case, you can get a new one form Techsoup.

Hi @RobertCoats,

Thank you for your answer. We do have the 501c3 from the IRS. We try with different tokens but doesn't work. It says that our country is not listed.

We contact Google and they say that Puerto Rico is not eligible for Google for Nonprofits.

Thank you!
