Trying to submit a new application, but I think email addresses have gotn mixed up[ Edited ]

I have an approved application for Google Grants. The application is for my web site NeedsMet.us. Now I am trying to submit a new application for Avoidants.org. When I did this, I got an email that said that Administrative access was requested. Not sure if this meant the app was successful or not. I also think that email addresses have got mixed up as I do not even know what email address was used for Needs Met for Admin access. Is this where to post such problems Or is there a phone # or email to submit such questions to?
