Rejected submission

Our submission to Ad Grants was rejected. Our text ad was requesting donations and we are a Canadian tax exempt charity with a TechSoup number, which we supplied. The reason is Google rejection email was that we had to be a politician, political party or tax exempt charity to request donations - which we are. How can we communicate this to Google or have the submission reviewed?

Hi Linda,
From the description, it sounds more like your ads were rejected instead of your submission to Ad Grants being rejected. (The two can look a little similar.)

These ad rejections fall under an AdWords policy regarding solicitation of funds. Essentially what you will want to do is to ensure that your charity information is included on the landing pages. I Typically recommend to my clients to go ahead and included it in the footer of all the pages of their website.

You will then want to edit your ads so that they can be uploaded again.
