New 501(c)3 Issue

Hi all,

I manage a Google Grant Adwords account for a client. This client, a non-profit, just completed an organizational shift and is part of a new 501(c)3. My client's services did not change. However, they built a new website with a new domain.

Does this client NEED a new Google Grant account because the 501(c)3 changed?

Since Google Grant accounts go on indefinitely, I would rather over-haul their current campaigns to point to the new domain as opposed to creating a new account.
