Launching my approved account
I have been accepted into the program via a specific email address. Unfortunately, that email address is already attached to an AdWords account, so after I follow the link for account creation, I have to use a different email address. Unfortunately, when you do this, they no longer associate you with the Grants program and make you enter billing info.
I've gone through a half dozen AdWords specialists over several hours of them promising to get back to me and then not following through. I've created several shells that have not been approved for the Grants program. I've asked them to take the client id and just associate it with the Grants acceptance. They either won't or can't do it.
It's been two months. Any help would be appreciated. Do I need to reapply via a new email address?
I've been doing paid search for over a decade and across hundreds of clients. This is my first foray into the Grants program and I cannot stress enough how disappointing the experience has been. Unfortunately, it's the non-profit that suffers due to the lack of support from google's end.
