Israel eligibility question
In Israel an NPO or social enterprise must wait up to 2 years of operations until people and organizations can get a tax refund from their donations.
How would this affect me if I am starting an NPO in Israel and want to use Google ad grants? Do I have to wait for 2 years of operations until Google can get the tax refund?
I don't exactly know all the rules involved however..
Re: Israel eligibility question
As far as my knowledge, you don't need to actually receive the refund from the government. To comply with grants in Israel, you need to be registered as the nonprofit organization (i.e. tax exempt);
