Welcome to the forum,

Once you create your campaign in adgrants you need submit it to the Google Ad Grants team to review account.

Hello Shuva, Thanks for your response. I tried that but it took me back to applying for eligibility for adgrants which I have already done. I received the reply (pasted below) which I took to mean I was accepted for Adgrants. I then made my campaign following instructions in the creation guide. At the end of the process it asked to continue to billing info or save and finish. I saved and finished. Now I am cannot find out how to submit the ad for review by adgrants. On my campaign management page it tells me that I cannot run the ads as I have not filled in billing information…. Help Please. I'm getting fed up. Thank you! Smiley Sad

Hi charliefarlie,
The email confirmation that you received was for the Google for Nonprofits program. It was not for Google Ad Grants, which is a product of the Google for Nonprofits program and is something that you have to enroll and after you have been accepted into the Google for Nonprofits program.

 

Follow the steps on this page: https://support.google.com/grants/answer/46115

 

Beginning with step 4:

 

Sign up for Google Ad Grants. 
Once your organization has been approved for Google for Nonprofits, you can begin signing up for products such as Google Ad Grants. Learn how to sign up for Google Ad Grants and how to create a correctly configured AdWords account.

Wait for a decision. 
After you've submitted your AdWords Customer ID, you'll receive a decision within one or two weeks. If your AdWords account was correctly configured according to the Ad Grants Account Creation Guide, you'll receive an email telling you that your account has been activated. If your AdWords account was not correctly configured, you'll receive an email with instructions on how to correct the errors before we can activate it.

I totally understand what the original poster is saying - I am having the same issue.

I understand that I have been accepted to Google for Nonprofits. After that process, I wanted to set up an ad using the Google Ad Grants.

I went through the process to set up the ads. Once I was done, I was looking for a way to actually submit my ads for review. Does that happen automatically?

In the Account Creation Guide, Step 3 Submit Your Account For Review - it said to go to this page and make sure the country was set appropriately (which it is for me) https://support.google.com/grants/answer/46115

I also am trying to get back to the Google for Nonprofits main page - is there a dashboard of sorts or anything like that? I thought there were some other tools that I could sign-up for while the ads were getting approved.

Thanks for any help!

Admittedly, the steps are spread out over a couple of pages with links going to each step of the process, so I will work with the Ad Grants team to make the steps clearer. Here are the steps as outlined on https://support.google.com/nonprofits/answer/3367461

 

Follow these steps to sign up for Google Ad Grants.

 

  1. Sign in to your Google for Nonprofits account.
    Make sure to sign in using your Google for Nonprofits administrator account. This is the account that you used when you applied for Google for Nonprofits. It may be different than the account you use to access the product in which you're enrolling.
  2. Click the 'Sign up now' button.
  3. Click the 'Enroll' button beneath Google Ad Grants.
  4. Confirm that your AdWords account is configured correctly.

    See Grants Account Creation Guide for instructions on setting up your AdWords account.

  5. Enter your AdWords customer ID in the form field and complete the form.
  6. Click 'Enroll'.

Hi Robert, Your answer to Falcon sounds like the answer I was looking for. However when I sign in to Google with my nonprofits admin account. I cannot see any Sign Up now button'….??
