We have a not for profit organization. We want to use Google Ad words but for some reason Google says our not for profit status is not valid. I have a letter I just received from the IRS saying it is. How can I get this letter to the right people at Google so our status can be verified and I can then start using Ad Words? Our email is <edited by a Community Manager as noted below> Thanks in advance for your kind assistance.

Hi DC A,
Google verifies nonprofit status through the GuideStar.org database. If your nonprofit is relatively new, it can take a few weeks before you show up within GuideStar. What I recommend is to keep checking GuideStar to see when your profile goes live within their database and then once it does, go ahead and reapply for Google for nonprofits.
