Grant Application Issue

Hi, I have a situation where we have an individual that used their personal gmail account to create an ad words account for our organization's non for profit adwords campaign and has received an approval for Google Grants.

However, she does not want to share her personal password with us to work on the campaign since her emails are personal confidential information.

Is there a possibility for us to share admin rights to her account and our organizations adwords account? or should we start from scratch and begin with a new ad words account and application for google grants?

The current admin is right not to share her login credentials. Just like a regular AdWords account, multiple users can be added to an aAd Grants account for management purposes. The current admin would need to approve that access.
