Contact Information/Google Grants

Does anyone know where to find contact information for support? Phone number, email, chat, anything, specifically for AdWords, Google Grants, or Google for Nonprofits? I am scouring the help site but can't find anything, but maybe I am missing something.

I am trying to find out more information about Google Grants. I believe our organization has one, but it was set up years ago, and wanted to know if it expires and basically learn a little more about it and how to take full advantage.

Thanks!

This doesn't give me a way to contact support-- when I click on "contact the AdWords team" it just takes me back to another help topic. I'm looking for a specific email, phone number, or contact form.

If the website address for the organization is the same as your username, I can confirm (by using third-party tools) that the website in question was running ads on Google but stop doing so quite a few months ago. This indicates that if it was in Ad Grants account, then it was possibly suspended and this is most often due to not following the active account management policy but the suspension could be from something else as well.

I am having this same problem, and there is no way to get in touch with the proper people to help. Have you been able to fix this issue?

While you won't be able to contact the Grant team directly, you can typically find an old account if it exists.

First, you should apply for a Google Nonprofit account for your organization. This is the gateway to apply for the Google Ad Grant along with other free services from Google. If someone has previously claimed this account they will get an email when you apply and will be able to add you or you will need to wait 14 days for the account to turn over.

Once you have an approved Google Nonprofit account you will be able to see if your organization is already approved for the Ad Grant. If you are then you can reach out to Google's standard AdWords support with organization-specific information to identify the account number of the previously approved Ad Grant account. with this information and some good guessing skills you can use this form to recover the account - https://support.google.com/adwords/contact/login

If the account has not been actively maintained you will need to bring it up to current policies and request reactivation.

Does anyone know how to reach someone at Google support with over a year of Adwords experience?  I have called the Google support number multiple times this week and the specialists displayed very little knowledge of general Adwords and actually told me they have about a year of Adwords experience! How is this support?

@Shannon W,

There isn't a way to get specific support staff, level of understanding varies so results vary as well. This forum, however, is an exceptional place to find answers.
