Clarification on "impact" statement for AdGrants Pro

This forum is super helpful...It took 10 days this time for Google to reject my application, so I am making progress...  Since the minimum metrics are exceeded, I suspect it is my impact statement, or the goals.  Is there anyone available who can look at my application and let me know where I am going wrong?

Hi Lawrene,

I looked into your case and I see that you were in touch with Kathleen via email. She did share the application status outcome with you on this thread and also via email. If you want to re-apply, you need to make significant improvements to the performance of your account. That said, multiple applications without much change may only jeopardize your credibility. Also, please refrain from posting the same question about your application status before making further changes.

Thanks for complying,

Mini

Impressive performance stats for sure. I would doubt that you're being rejected based on performance. With your impact statement, what concrete examples are you able to mention about how those hundreds of opt-ins are being benefited?

Remember what the application says:
"How will you spend the increased budget? Use specific examples, such as initiatives, programs and services you plan to promote, and if you have them, expected impact numbers to make your case. Ex. 1,000 children will gain access to clean water. This number was calculated based on rate and amount of donations and total number of children in impacted area. "

Specifics like this will get you a much higher likelihood of acceptance.

Thanks Mini-CM. Here at the end of the month, we are short 2.80 of the 9900-. The ad-spend meter stops running anywhere from 325-333 daily, and we hit that by 10 am usually...today, the last day of the month, it stopped at 329.13...aaarrgh!

Thanks for getting back to me...what "significant" improvement are you looking for?
The Adspend maxes out every day before noon (since Jan 7th), my CTR is between 2.5 and 3.5%, and I have hundreds of conversions (opt-ins to get more information).
