Approved, but still unable to set up AdGrant

Have been approved for an AdGrant but continually get the following error message, despite having the full range of admin access.  Please help.

Please log in to admin.google.com to enable services. Learn more

Hi @Amy W

Thanks for posting in our community. The issue that you are running into is not a Google Ad Grants issue but a permission issue with Google apps. The administrator of your Google apps account will have to enable Google AdWords for the account that you are trying to use to manage your AdWords grant account with. 

 

Once that is done, you will be able to log into AdWords and set up your Ad Grants account without issue.

BTW - It looks like you may have replied from your phone which posted your number. You will want to edit your post to remove it before you get a bunch of unwanted calls.
