Ad Grants TT-Exchange/Techsoup code problem

I'm currently trying to apply for Google Ad Grants for one of my AdWords Clients. I've successfully uploaded the campaign into Adwords and now I've fallen at the first hurdle of applying for the grant.

Basically I've got to this page and my client has got an account with TT-Exchange (the UK version of Tech Soup) but they've not been sent a code, can't find the code anywhere and the customer services team aren't helping them. Their suggestions are to keep changing the passwords and hope to get an email again?

Is anybody else having this problem?

I can't go any further without this god forsaken code and it's driving myself and my client up the wall!!

Any help would be appreciated!

@Ben T

Before enrolling in Google Ad Grants your client must first be approved with Google for Nonprofits. For UK charities, this will require that the charity has a TechSoup validation token. Your client will need to get that token here:

For issues regarding the validation token, email TechSoup Global’s validation services team. Their email address can be found on the page above.
