Hi, I have helped many nonprofits start their AdGrants campaigns. Today I went to enroll a new nonprofit and followed all the usual steps but it keeps saying the account setup is incomplete. Anyone else having this issue? Any answers?

So, I solved this however it was frustrating. You need to add any new accounts by starting with a completely fresh google account each time. Can't we have this be easier for us that help multiple nonprofits get up and running?

@John M

Each organization needs their own administration account.

For the purpose of managing multiple Ad Grants accounts, that can be accomplished through a Client Manager account but that would not negate the need for each organization to have their own administrator account. Particularly for Google For Nonprofits.
