Accepting terms and conditions for Google Ad Grant

I received a message saying that my non-profit organization has been accepted to the new Google Ad Grants program.

Congratulations, you have been accepted into the Google Ad Grants program!

Please log into your AdWords account and accept the AdWords Terms and Conditions so that your ads can start serving. Visit our Help Center for steps on now to accept your AdWords Terms and Conditions:

https://support.google.com/grants/answer/46103?hl=en

I can read the Terms and Conditions page, but there is not button or link to "accept" them. I also tried the billing summary page on my Google Adwords account, and that leads to a blank page.

Please advise. I am at a dead end.

RobertCoats,

I am having the same problem on our account for Change Happens. There is no "accept" or "submit" button on the terms and conditions page. I've been trying to figure out what to do for over an hour.

Please help!

@Change H

As an additional security layer:

“This action requires edit access on the payments profile. Check users and their permission levels by visiting the payments setting page or check your email to accept the invite if you have already been added as a payments user with edit permission.”

You can determine who has access by:

  1. Go to  Billing & payments in your account.
  2. Click Settings from the menu on the left.
  3. At the bottom of the page find the “Payments users” section.
  4. Accept the invitation and then accept the Terms and Conditions

I tried this a few hundred times.  I am the ONLY one on the account.

There are 2 "Google SOLUTIONS" to the problem and they both take you back to the square one where you're screwed and cannot advance for no reason.

1. Payment User section as outlined above or

2. Adwords Express

  1. Sign into your AdWords Express account.
  2. Make sure the business you're looking for appears at the top of the "My business" drop-down menu. If not, click the name of the business, and then click the Menu button menu again at the top.
  3. Click Billing.
  4. Under "Settings," click Manage settings.
  5. Under “Payments profile”, click the pencil icon next to “Name and address” and edit your name and billing address.
  6. Click Save.

I also tried to add my other email personal Hotmail address to accept the invitation since somehow

MY INVIATION IS now expired?!  Is anyone else getting the tiny font "Invitation Expired"?  What does that mean?

Name, Phone, Email all good.

Permissions: I'm the full admin all permissions

Email Pref: All Payments Email (whatever the hell that means)

Primary CONTACT: is all grayed out.  I want to be the primary contact!!!

WILL NOT SAVE even if I try to fake a change on this page.

Please fix this.  If I have added an additional name, logged in under that other name, and verified the info is correct, why are you stopping me from accepting the terms?  This is a GOogle Ad Words GRANT. I'm not sure why there's so much activity in the PAYMENTs area when I'm not paying?!  I was able to update the time zone and currency already...
