Accepted to Google for Nonprofits, trying to enroll in AdWords

Hello! About 3 days ago my organization was approved for Google for Nonprofits.  I took the next step of enrolling for Google Apps, which I was successful at.

Now, I'm trying to enroll for Google AdWords (and One Today), but when I try to enroll, I am asked to re-apply for Google for Nonprofits. It is the only option I am given. This seems like a mistake.

Has anyone else had this issue? I have gone round and round on the website and can't find any solutions.

I can call in on Monday, but hoping someone else has had this issue.

Hi Monica,
Welcome to the community!

99.9% of the time, when the system is asking you to re-apply after you have already enrolled in the G4NP program it is because you are accessing G4NP via a different Google profile instead of the one you originally signed up with. It is very common and, having multiple Google accounts for both work and personal use, I have even done it myself.
