Accepted for AdGrants but need to reset my Adwords Account[ Edited ]

our organization is already enrolled to AdGrants and approved. Unfortunately because of some changes on our side and and lack of information someone filled in billing info, therefore we cannot use the former account with AdGrants. Now I would need to re-enroll new account i have prepared. Do you have any advices how to do that?
