AdWords Test Showing Blank/No Answers

Hello team! I am working on renewing my AdWords certification, but as I am starting to take the AdWords test for my Display Advertising portion of my certification, I got the first question with no answers for me to select and move onto the next question. I have been in queue with chat support for 45 minutes, and can't wait much longer. I have included a screenshot with what I am seeing on my end.

If you have any advice/tips on what I should do, that would be great. Here are some steps I've taken so far:

 

  • Restarted computer
  • Cleared cache, browser history
  • Re-attempted from private/incognito
  • Used a second browser altogether

I assume you where using chrome since you mentioned incognito.

 

What other browser did you try?

 

You did the basic troubleshooting with clearing cookies and cache etc.

 

The bad part is you have to wait 7 days to try again.

 

The answers are a JavaScript or applet that fill in, and since you cleared cookies, the only other thing would be to make sure your login account has cleared the history as well, because if there is cross device logins, laptop desktop Cell tablet there could reside the applet issue.   Did you recently login to google partners from different devices??

 

Not much troubleshooting more to do and chalk it up to deficaton occurs.

Forgot to also mention that I do not have any adblockers on either browser I used (and one of them does not have any apps/extensions attached to it at all).

We have dealt with this in the Google Partners community before. I am trying to recall the best course of action on this. 

 

@Spencer_Wade, @Eric Gehler, do either of you remember how to correct this?

Hello @Justin Schuoler

 

When this happened to us in the past we were forced to walk away for a few hours in each case testing multiple browsers is what did the trick, seems like a cache issue possibly on their end, wait and test again tomorrow.

 

I will happily get involved with support if needed but believe every time we try and investigate it it seems to fix itself.

 

Sorry for the issue and wait, but will do what we can to help get you sorted.

I didn't try a different device, but I tried first with Mozilla Firefox and then Chrome, then the private/incognito parts.

 

Strange, but it's unfortunate that I failed the test due to this issue. I've never failed an AdWords test until this haha

 

No worries, I'll just take the text next week. Thanks everyone for your input and help.

Unfortunately, I had to wait 7 days still. Funny too because I've never failed an AdWords test until I came across this error haha
