Hi,

How do I create an address book that can be shared among 5 accounts. All members should be able to add contacts (clients) to this list. So not just the internal "directory" managed by te admin.

Hi, we use a CRM for information like that, among many other useful things that CRMs provide. We've used quite a few different ones, and the one we like the best so far is Zoho CRM. Since you want to share it among 5 accounts, the CRM is cloud based and can be accessed through one login. From there, you can connect the contacts to sales cycles, send them emails, add notes, etc. and it will be available to be seen by all users. Hope this helps!
