The Transcendent Dimension of Time

Welcome to the Google Partners community. We hope you are enjoying your time here and are finding quality resources to advance your skillset, which will help you become a better asset to your clients.

I am going to reveal a business trick that I have refined over 25+ years of self-employment. I think it will help you reach higher and further with your career. This single trick will change your work life for the better. This trick is going to change how you look at time.

As advertising professionals, we must configure our to-do lists into the actual times allotted for the tasks. We have to get that work completed with precision. And at the same time, we have to continue learning and thinking about tomorrow. This is not the easiest thing to accomplish. Most professionals are contending with this ever-present challenge.

Let’s take the next step in advancing your business intelligence.

What I am presenting to you today is how to master the transcendent dimension of time.

  • Stop watching the clock and start watching the progress of your to-do list.
  • Become action-oriented. Disregard arbitrary benchmarks.
  • Replace TV watching with learning new skills and advancing current ones.
  • Gain more time by increasing your knowledge. Develop your expertise.
  • Set time limits for tasks and strive to beat the clock.
  • Utilize technology to become more efficient.
  • Focus on your goals and objectives with every tick of the clock.

These seven actionable hot items will help you take control of your time. Theoretically, all things can be done; but no one has unlimited time, so focus on what must be done. You have to make high-priority items more important than the rest. Block out the noise from the loudest distraction around you (the squeakiest wheel cannot get the oil), and see the value in each minute that ticks by.

"You have to micro-master your time in order to truly master your time." -J. Clemens

As you process all of this, remember why you are doing what you are doing. As with any long journey, it is easy to forget the excitement that was felt in the beginning. The journey is your life. It is dynamic and meant to be exciting, rewarding and successful.

Best wishes on your unique journey,

James
