service area violation

Good evening

I am trying patiently to get my driving school up the local Google listing and have used this forum many times and the contributors have been a great help and I have another question.

90% of my competition on the local ranking have their business addresses showing and I thought this was a violation of Service Area Business.

If it is should I report them and how would I go about it?

Many thanks in advance for your help

any service area business can have their address shown or not.

It just depends on checking/unchecking the option "I also serve customers at my business address"

only in case a driver school shows their addres but doesn't anyhow serve  their clients at their address you can consider it a violation.

But to make it more clear:

In my country Germany 90% of all driving schools serve their customers at their addresses>

- making the contract at their office and

- giving them the theoretical lessons required by German laws

(perhaps other service too)

Many many thanks for the reply.
In the UK 99% of driving schools have nothing to do with their pupils at their business address . The pupils make their own studies for the theory and all collections are made at the pupils house. Years ago driving schools were "shop front" businesses but now there are none.
