Hi Cory B

Do you think it's fair?That we give you free advice and you take the money from the customer?

My answer is to read the full help of GMB.

Calm down @Cory B please.

What ever you think about the answer of @Zdenek Horak (even considering it helpful for you or not

It doesn't give you the right to respond as rude as you did.

And FYI I also don't consider his answer as violating the forum guidelines.

But regarding your original questions I have an answer as well: there is a  help center artikel describing the conditions and circumstances to deal with reviews for listings after the listing got a new owner.

Refer to Googles hints please:

@Cory B

I can't delete a thread and there isn't IMHO any reason to delete it.

Helmut How do we remove or turn off the review option on our business listing? I noticed many of our competitors have turned it off we would like to do the same. too many fake reviews and we just can't keep up
