keyword search alone vs keyword search plus location

Hi.

I was wondering why if I search for a keyword for a particular service, for example, "toronto emergency vet" it shows the 3 pack listing...

3pack.jpg

But if I add a location such as "toronto emergency vet 21 Rolark", it pulls a normal search result but then a picture of the business shows up in the right side? Like this:

Is there a way for us to make this picture show up in the right side even just by searching for the keyword "toronto emergency vet"?

Hey @Katrina T,

What you're seeing in the 2nd picture is known as the Knowledge Graph and it generally only pulls up when you do a search that only returns 1 business result. You can see it for every business if you click at the bottom of the 3-pack in the first picture (where it says "more") where it takes you to a page that lists all the vets. When you hover over their names you'll see the knowledge graph pop up for each of them.
