1. Full business name  = Oneresource Virtual Assistants Limited
2. Current business address = Edgecote Lane, Lower Wardington, Banbury, Oxfordshire, United Kingdom OX17 1SH
3. Current telephone number = 0800 994 9016
4. Google Maps URL =,-2.1354072,6z/data=!...
5. Website (if applicable) =

We have recently moved this clients site from their existing host over to ours and have added an ssl certificate for https

Since doing this the results you see in google search for the business are incorrect.

What you see is:

Screen Shot 2017-07-19 at 11.16.23.pngThis is what you actually see

Which seems to be a listing that is auto generated by Google as the client didn't do it.

But this is what you should see, and do see if you search the business name and address rather than just the business:

Can you please help me resolve this conflict of information?

according your website it looks neither of both listings are eligible for a GMB lsiting as I can't see serve your customers "in person"

Maybe I'm mistaken.

Then please enlighten me.

Hi, and thanks for the reply.

This is a business that is based from home, but clients do visit the business at its premises. The original listing in GMB has been fine until we launched the new site on https when it seems that GMB has generated a listing of its own for this business and is showing that one instead?
