be found on Google and update the Google Maps

My husband and I started a new business. We requested that Google send us a postcard to verify us. Unfortunately we have not received it. Is there anyway Google can call the business to verify so we can be found on Google and update the Google Maps

You can't verify over the phone if Google doesn't already give you the option, but you can definitely call Google (if you haven't done that yet) to see if they can spot anything I didn't that could be keeping a postcard from arriving:
