Virtual Tour missing from our GMB page.

Hello.

We had a virtual tour/photosphere done at one of our locations by a trusted google partner/photographer. It stayed on our page for about 2 months and it has disappeared. We are pretty certain that no one in my company or the photographer removed it. We received no notification that it had been flagged for removal or anything. We have been in touch with the photographer about re-uploading it but I am wondering if there is anything I can do in the meantime.

Did the tour violate any of Google's guidelines or have any material that may be deemed offensive (ie adult imagery)?

If so it may have been reported and removed. The listing owner should have gotten an email if so.

Ben,
Thanks for taking the time to respond. We did ask the google trusted photographer about blurring and he said that google would blur something if they saw fit. I presume that isnt actually the case. Again we didnt receive any email and I am the page owner :(

Thanks again for responding.
