Two Locations, Only One Shows in Searches?

Visitor ✭ ✭ ✭

Greetings!

I am trying to figure out a few things, and I'm hoping someone more experienced can help me:

1. Why is only one of my business' locations is showing in the right-hand side bar when someone searches the business name?

2. How do I get both of my business' locations to show in the right-hand side bar when someone searches the business name.

Our second location is fairly new, and links to our existing website, if that offers any relevant insights.

I'm looking forward to your insights, experience and suggestions! Thank you! THANK YOU!

The new business listing probably just needs to get prominence. If you want to post the details of the business (website, address, phone # etc) I can probably give more specific advice.

So, it isn't something I'm doing wrong?

I agree with Joy. The Warren listing needs time to gain prominence. I even set my search location to Warren and it still brought up the Novi location.

And just an FYI, both locations will never show at the same time. The Local Knowldge graph only features one location at a time.

Hey @Chelsea V,

So you probably have a bit of work ahead of you. I couldn't find any references online to your new phone number (for the Warren location). You want to make sure it's listed on all the major yellowpages directories like Yelp, YP.com, Facebook etc.

Also putting content on your location page (http://www.cassellandassociates.com/contact-us-cassell-associates-novi-mi-48375/warren-location/), optimizing the meta tags, and changing the URL (note: it has Novi in the URL) would help as well.

If you're new to SEO, I'd suggest looking at these articles.

@Chelsea V On a side note, you will want to fix the G+ icon on the location page for Warren. It currently links to http://www.cassellandassociates.com/contact-us-cassell-associates-novi-mi-48375/warren-location/goog...

You want to link it to https://plus.google.com/+CassellAssociatesEastWarren/about
