Hi David,

 

Keep in mind you are representing your business and potential customers will see how you respond to negativity. Negative reviews give you and your business a great opportunity to improve.

 

Some users respond to the specific allegations or concerns, and some users use a more general response like "I'm sorry you had a bad experience, please contact us at example@example.com so we can make this right." The latter is my my preferred response, though I still try to tailor it to the client.

 

Also keep in mind, if you're in the medical field there are Hipaa regulations that you need to be very careful of.
