Reviews not showing in google+

I've had a hateful review left on my business page which I would like to flag as inappropriate. What's particularly annoying is that this person wasn't actually a customer but  somebody that made 2 telephone enquiries. Their are 4 reviews but when I look at the page in google+ it says no reviews have been published yet.

Hi @SuperBluechips

Could we have the business page URL please, to take a look ?

To flag a review: ( when we find them )

In classic G+ go to your About page >> scroll down, find review and Flag it

In new G+ >> you cant do it from your own site ( go figure )

Search your business name in google or maps >> then View all reviews, then flag

Thanks Tim,

I'd been clicking on the review tab.

Business name is MPH Guitars

https://plus.google.com/116105905523028612225/about

The annoying thing is google seems to highlight the bad review by
displaying extracts from it across the business page and search results in
google . It seems everywhere I see my business name, I see horrible comments from this review, somebody that was never actually a customer.

Hi @SuperBluechips

Looking at the review, he did have dealings, albeit over the phone, so I don't think this will be removed.

Your best bet is to ask happy customers for a review and make a point of asking all happy customers to leave a review.

This will push the bad one down over time.

Speaking Personally: I would revise your reply, it started off well explaining the situation, but then you went a bit too far and may put off a novice guitar customer asking questions.

Statistically customers are not put off by bad reviews. A place that has all 5 star reviews are viewed as suspicious. However they do look at the negative review and response.

Thanks for looking into this and prompt reply.

Took your advice and chopped off the last paragraph, if that's where you thought I'd gone too far.

I wouldn't mind so much if this review wasn't given so much prominence. Surely no business is going to want extracts from a one star review strewn across the page.

Anyway hopefully , before too long , another one will be picked up and featured.
