I have been told a couple of times now (with no explanation as to why when I ask) that the below review does not violate Google's policies. I would think if any review qualifies, it would be this one (see link to listing here). Not that it matters, however, the review refers to the dentists as being "jews" (which is inappropriate in the first place) and this is not even the dentists' religious affiliation. Also the use of the word "pervert" is pretty inappropriate. This user has only reviewed one Google Listing (this one) and the dentist does not have anyone with the name of Otis Frost in his records.
Can someone help me understand why this review does not violate Google's review policies? Thanks!
I can't explain it and consider it myself as violating.
But I haven't to decide.
What I can do is htis: to escalate it my TC channels
(and i did it in row 46)

It looks like the review has been removed! It is still showing in the featured snippets, but it will probably fall out since the review itself is now gone.
Thanks for your help!
