Removing a bad link from the Knowledge Panel

I administer the website for a hair salon, Fandangosalon.com. A search for "Fandango Salon" in google brings up a knowledge panel with a bad Locu.com link under "Products and Services:"

https://www.google.com/search?q=fandango+salon&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8#

Originally, this link led to a badly formatted, partial summary of our services page, evidently put together by a bot. Since the salon owner didn't want to pay Locu to edit the page, we asked them to take it down, so now the link leads to a 404 error.

I've tried to get the link removed by using the feedback option on the Knowledge Panel, but after sending several messages every few weeks the link is still there.

@Jeff A

the link is inappropriate and since giving a 404 error its indeed confusing.

Thanks for the contact...The support rep forwarded it to a tech and they are looking into it.

We also have this issue with our business and want Locu removed from our Products and Services. It has old information and is no longer used. We have no login for it as well as it appears to be setup by another account. Also, we are a gym and it says "MENU" which needs to be removed.

The google support rep was able to remove the link after a few days.
