In spite of having no reviews, a company that seized to exist 4 years ago is ranked above our company.  Is there any way to correct this? Dive Koh Chang.jpg

I apologize I sent you the wrong URL (or rather one that Google has rewritten) that no longer includes the information as to how to do this.

1- Goto Maps.Google.com and log in as you

2- Search on the business you are wishing to indicate to Google is closed: https://www.google.com/maps/place/Scandinavian+Chang+Diving+Center/@12.063513,102.2858189,17z/data=!...

3- Select/click on the link that says "Suggest an edit" from the panel on the left

4- At the top of the next view you will see a button that says "Place is permanently closed or has never existed" select that

5- Mark the radio button that appears as "Permanently Closed" and hit submit

You can mark the closed business as permanently closed. Here are the instructions: https://support.google.com/business/answer/6314541?hl=en

The company that went out of business is not ours. I do not understand how
to "permanently close" a company that does not exist anymore, especially
not when it still has a website http://thedivekochang.com/
