Hi!

I manage this Google+/ Google My Business account.  Recently I have noticed that Google is pulling additional photos from other places (yelp, company's website) for the map other than the photos I have uploaded on Google My Business / Google+.  Currently there is a photo of Jenny Williams (not the the attorney) prominently displaying when you search his name.  It is not a photo that I have used on Google+ or Google My Business.  It is automatically pulling from their website.  I would like to remove this photo and at least have the main attorney's pic or just the building.  I have ventured down every path I know so far.  Please help!!

Thanks in advance!!

Hi @Carrie E

So i took a look at the images and these are all added by the actual account apart from the street view.

Log into the account and remove.

And the account that added them

The accounts look to be one and the same, so you will be able to locate in dashboard.

I have the same problem. Some pictures on our company's website show up in Google Map pictures. I want to take some of them out, and keep them still searchable. Did you get the solution?

Thank you!

I haven’t received any answer from the community, I called Google AdWords yesterday and they said to just keep adding photos to Google My Business and that should work, but I added new photos yesterday and that still hasn’t pulled the one off that I want taken off. I also wrote into Google AdWords hoping I would get a different person that may have a better solution, but haven’t heard back yet.

This is only one example of the pictures I want to take out. I hope I can choose which ones to take out, which ones will stay.

Thank you!

Hi

Can you list the ones that are poor and or no longer exists on site.

In future you can report these direct, but it does take a while for them to be reviewed.

You can control the other that you posted in the account:

Hi,

Thanks a lot for your help. One more question: Can I control pictures with the right URL link, which are pulled from my website?

Thanks!
