Merge Google business locations

Hi there,

I seem to have 2 different locations for my business, one which is verified and which I have been managing the G+ page for:

And one which appears at the top of Google Search (for "Design Awards Melbourne") and has reviews:,lf_ui:2&rflfq=1&rlha=...

Is it possible to merge these two locations, keeping the reviews and the top search result?

Thanks for your help.

Hi Claire

Both pages have been verified, meaning someone has control over that second page in their dashboard. Do you know who that is? If so, then I recommend deleting the page you currently manage, and asking the owner of the other page to transfer ownership to you (it's most likely to be an agency / marketing type who's set the page up for you).

Once that has been done, contact GMB support and ask them to merge the (now unverified) page with the one in your dashboard as a duplicate.

If you do not know who the owner of the 2nd page is, then the process is going to be a bit harder:
1. Delete your current page
2. Follow the steps in this article: to get control over the 2nd page
3. Once you've gotten control (which can take a couple of weeks) ask GMB support to merge the two pages.
