Hello Folks,

A business in Orlando, FL has the correct street address but the wrong map pin location. The map pin location is a private residence on a different street in Winter Park, FL. I originally posted this in the maps forum, but they said to post it here.

One Stop Displays, LLC
135 W Central Blvd Suite 330, Orlando, FL 32801
(407) 629-0500

Thank you!

I submitted a request via Google Maps "See Outside" photo and then flagged the photo in the upper right hand corner and checked the box "misplaced image" and added an explanation. The homeowner's photo was removed.

It seems the issue is cause be the part "suite 330"

It would be helpful if somebody (or a local Guide for the US) could correct it.

(since the listing is unverified it should be easy to do this)

I tried it my self - but my Power for the US is not sufficient (I'm German - but due to: "America first" I can't correct it - LOL)

I wrote not the truth:

Meanwhile GMaps accepted my change and moved the marker properly: https://goo.gl/maps/fYTzbaXiZYn

America first - but Germany "firster" - LOL

Hello Helmut and thank you for getting the pin moved!

There is still another issue, the "see outside" photos of the private residence at 267 Genius Dr. are still showing. Would you be able to un-link those from One Stop Display, LLC?

Thank you for your time!

Bob

Hi @Bob D

do you refer to the photo as per my below screen grab - showing a building at 267 Genius Dr?

Yes, the house showing is at the address 267 Genius Dr. It is a private residence. This is not the location or street address of One Stop Display and I need to get these images removed from being connected to One Stop Display. Thanks!

Ok @bob

Got it

But I would at first recommend you to claim the listing in question.

Click  https://goo.gl/maps/fYTzbaXiZYn and then"claim this business".

Let's see this helps already after oyu verified it.

If not (after lets say about 2 weeks) come bach to here please

Hello Helmut,

This is not my business to claim, I am associated with the home owner and trying to get the images of his house removed from the One Stop Display listing.

Thanks,

Bob

I'm working on a website design for a customer and found their map pin also in the wrong place. Their address also includes a suite number, and the map shows the business at an intersection. The actual location is about 600-700 feet south of the wrong pin. Therefore, when customers do a search for my client's place they are taken to the wrong spot and has cost them business. It would be nice if there was a link to  email their support for maps and directly get answers and clarify issues with the maps.
