The migration process from the old (Business Views) to the new (Street View Trusted) back end requires two steps, the first step is to migrate the old tour to the new back end, which it has happened, followed by an automatic rights transfer to the business listing, since this was a tour published before September 2015.
It is this second step, the rights transfer, which has proven to be problematic for Google and the step where your tour seems to be stuck. There is only one attribution in that photo sphere, your attribution, I do not see the business attribution.
This is the reason why you only have the option to report the photo sphere, not to delete it. I am guessing that the photo spheres appear in the BY CUSTOMER and 360 tabs, not in the BY OWNER tab.
There are no Street View Trusted employees in this forum, which are the ones that could assist you with this issue, I suggest that you post in the private board for trusted photographers in Local Guides Connect and tag one of the SVT employees to get their attention.
