Grey Dotted Line Between New and Old Location

I've noticed that this seems to be a bug that others have experienced. Our business is Hands N Harmony Wellness Center and Spa (2041 Universal City Blvd Universal City,Texas 78148) and after changing locations we have noticed that costumers are being sent to our old location (though a strange dotted line connects the two). We have sent in feedback requests and nothing has been done about it and we've been losing potential business as a result of this.

I wrote about this a while ago as it's somewhat of a bug that happens sometimes when businesses move. The short answer is that you can only fix this by getting GMB to change something on the back end. I would suggest you contact GMB via phone to get them to correct this for you! Phone support:
