Hello,

1. Sohotel

2. 341 Broome St. New York, NY 10013

3. 212-226-1482

4.https://business.google.com/b/114125947332237737013/dashboard/l/01589863690484144668?service=gmbl&c=...

For some reason why I type my business name "Sohotel" into google, it displays my business as "Westchester House". When I make the edit, it says the business name is already Sohotel. What gives?

Hi @Alain H

Firstly that link you provided from your dashboard is not the verified business page for the hotel, in fact its a ghost page ( suspended )

https://plus.google.com/114125947332237737013/about

The one that displays Wescheter in KP is verified :

https://plus.google.com/112963336948374233438/about

But when follow into Maps, the correct name appears again:

https://goo.gl/maps/pPbgVoUY33Q2

1) I will ask Google to take a look

2) Please check your account dashboard again ? >> https://business.google.com/manage/

do you have the verified business listing in the account, because the one you posted is not the verified page.

Hello Tim,

I have the verified page that you in my accounts dashboard. I am just puzzled to why it shows as Westchester House when I google "Sohotel".

For some reason there are 4 listings in my dashboard that are not yet verified, ideally I'd like to delete them and just have the one. I do not see a delete option.

To delete >> manage location

Page settings >> ( top left drop down menu )

Scroll to bottom >> delete.

I did mention before, that I have escalated the issue with Name displayed incorrectly. I will let you know when I hear back.
