Google Trusted Stores Response Time
Concerning Google Trusted Stores, their guidelines are that the Merchant will respond to an escalation within 1 business day. Let's say in this (true) scenario, the customer receives an automated reply from the Merchant within one business day saying "We have received your email and will respond shortly"; however, it is not until 2 business days that a personal email is sent.
Does anyone know if Google is satisfied with a customer just receiving an automatic confirmation email within one business day?
Not trying to split hairs, just thought there might be some insight/experience out there.
