Google Search Result infobox shows image of a different location and website

When I search my property - Canadian International School, Singapore, on Google Singapore, I get a result page like this -

Screen Shot 2016-06-20 at 12.14.18 PM.png

Everything looks good, until I click on the image present in the infobox on the right side of the page, beside the map. The image redirects to a different site, not owned or related to my business. Can anyone guide me on how to fix the issue?

The Wikipedia page does not have any image associated with it, can that be a possible cause of this too?

Hi Abhiraj

I see several pages for the Singapore school:
https://plus.google.com/110209166622908622967 - verified page, presumably campus 2
https://plus.google.com/118177379484073599992 - duplicate page - should be merged with above page (contact support for this)
https://plus.google.com/106849601362501469835 - verified page, presumably campus 1
https://plus.google.com/+cissingapore - this is a "brand" page and doesn't show on maps

"Shouldn't that have affected the results?" - it should have. You've definitely allocated the images into the identity photos squares? If you have, then this down to Google and not something we can correct in the forum. Not confident whether support can correct this either, but I'd contact them and see if they have a way of forcing the image.

Hi Abhiraj

Google doesn't have a photo of your premises available to show from your Google plus page. https://plus.google.com/+cissingapore/photos
So Google is going out to the web at large looking for something to put in there, and this site has one.
Google is correctly attributing and linking that image to that site.

Give Google something better. Add some photos through your dashboard (manage photos) and allocate some to interior, exterior, and additional photos. It's not guaranteed to replace what's there, but it does serve as a strong suggestion those are what you want displayed in the Knowledge Graph..

Hi Margaret,

Thank you for the advice. Now, there are two campuses registered on Google Maps, but only one Google Plus page. Since, it is not possible to update both the addresses into the G+ page, we have kept them as separate entities and updated them with image content. Shouldn't that have affected the results?

Is it possible that if we update the Google Plus page with the content we have on the business pages, it will improve or solve the problem we are facing at this moment?
