Hi Google experts!

There are some items that are mild but quite important that I would really appreciate if fixed:

1. I recently had a bitter and harassing broker post a negative review of my company and slander my staff. I posted a professional explanation as to why we declined his deal, and although it is lengthy, it was necessary to address all his concerns, as well as our firm stance to not be bullied by him. However, because paragraph breaks are not visible/allowed on the web browser, my response has become a big wall of text (which no one will be inclined to read) and makes me/my company look like an anxious control-freak instead of level-headed and firm! Is there a way to make paragraph breaks visible? (See the result for yourself: Ginkgo MIC google review)

2. In an attempt to repair our company image, is there a direct link to Google reviews that we can share to our happy clients to write a review for us and balance that out? It is hard enough to get people to review with a direct link, let alone make them go a big circle of googling just to do it.

Thanks!

Hi @Henry T

I am not entirely sure breaks can be added, but try Shift + Enter or Ctrl + Enter, I think one adds breaks.

I used this direct link to reviews for customers  and this is what you can send to customers or add onto your site in a button.

However the negative review been most recent is visible. Once you get a new review on this will be pushed down.

Hi Tim,

Thanks for the quick response!
Unfortunately, all three options (enter or shift+enter or ctrl+enter) will only add a paragraph break when in edit mode. As soon as you click submit all the breaks are not visible.
I think fixing this would help other people too, hopefully Google can make this small fix.

The short link works great though, thank you!

I can't tell you how much time I've wasted trying to create line breaks in my reply to a consumer's review of my business. I have also not been able to include a photo image in a reply to a google business review. Has someone been able to successfully figure this out?
