Google Posts - Image Cropping

Has anyone figured out the methodology behind how Google Posts are cropped once you add more than one post?

I’ve included screenshots of how it looks in the backend, and how it looks in the knowledge panel once it’s live. You’ll see in the grand opening image, it shows the full “Grand Opening” text, but gets cropped majorly.

It tends to crop again, but in a different way if you add a third post.

Best,

Markella

Hi @Markella H

I  seem getting the post bit different as you;

I refer especially to the one  ofyour picturs  with the  sharing icon:

This is as I get ii within the knowledge panel (KP):

and now after I clicked  this post in the KP:

Hi Helmut!

Yes, I changed it because it was cropping so bad and I had to get the Post up for a client. I can change it back to what I originally had if you want to look at it again. Just let me know!

It seems I cannot adjust the picture back to normal full screen once in the CROP function?
