We've been unsuccessfully trying to get our brand's Google+ page listed in the Knowledge Graph for our brand. I believe that our markup on our website is correct. Can anyone advise on why we can't get this to pull up in the knowledge graph?

Google+ page: https://plus.google.com/+Tacticalgearcom

Knowledge graph for TacticalGear.com: https://www.google.com/search?sourceid=chrome-psyapi2&ion=1&espv=2&ie=UTF-8&q=tacticalgear.com&oq=Ta...

You're actually in the wrong forum, this one deals with GMB profiles and local brick and mortar businesses.

I'm not sure how Google decides to show what in the knowledge panel (and to my knowledge, there's no clear-cut way to encourage social profiles showing, aside from mark-up like you're already using on the site) but I think follower count and audience interaction can be a factor?

Hi @Katie F

This is the developer page showing the markup for adding social profiles to your Knowledge Graph: https://developers.google.com/structured-data/customize/social-profiles

Looking at the source code for your website it looks like you've put all the social profiles on the same line rather than separated out as per the sample markup.

Have you tried separating out each social profile into its own line?
